That's why I feel it's important to consult with all clients and help them learn how to style their hair themselves, so they can enjoy their hairstyle everyday as if you had just left the salon and to give people that confidence to feel great and sexy all the time.

When I set up Ikasu salons I wanted to create a salon that feels friendly and always welcoming, with the experience that lets you leave feeling a million dollars. The name Ikasu was a very easy decision to make as it is a Japanese slang word meaning 'smart, cool, sharp and stylish'. the choice of name that I think perfectly reflects the ethos of the salon, which manages to combine cutting-edge chic with a friendly, welcoming vibe.
